Full-Service Fixed Finish Interior Design
Our Fixed Finish Process is a comprehensive, collaborative journey that guides clients from initial planning through to construction documentation. It begins with Programming, where we review plans, discuss scope and budget, and establish project goals. In the Schematic/Concept Design phase, we gather insights through a detailed questionnaire and create a personalized style guide to define the design direction. During Design Development, clients participate in a Fixed Finish Selections Meeting, receive a tailored Design Manual, and preview their space through renderings. Finally, the Construction Documents phase delivers precise specifications, ID drawing markups, and a room finish schedule, with an optional drawing package available to support seamless execution. This structured process ensures clarity, creativity, and confidence at every step.
ID Drawing Package
Our Drawing Package is designed to bring detail and coordination to the client's project. It includes thoughtfully crafted plans such as the Finish Plan, which outlines surface materials and treatments, and the Decorative Ceiling Plan, highlighting ceiling details and lighting features. Clients will also receive Interior Elevations that visually communicate wall designs, a Power Plan to coordinate electrical layouts, and detailed Floor Plans for overall space planning. For areas requiring extra attention, Enlarged Plans provide a closer look. This package ensures the client's vision is clearly documented and ready for seamless execution by your build team.
Construction Administration
Our Construction Administration services provide expert oversight during the build phase to ensure the client's design is executed with precision. This package includes Finish Sample Reviews to confirm material selections, Submittal Reviews such as cabinetry shop drawings, Material Order Review such as light fixtures, appliances, & plumbing fixtures to confirm accuracy, and Slab Reviews for accurate installation. We also conduct Electrical Walk-Throughs to verify lighting and power layouts, along with scheduled Site Visits to monitor progress and address any design-related questions. These steps help maintain quality, consistency, and alignment with the client's vision throughout construction.

We start by laying the foundation for your project. This phase includes creating a Preliminary Budget & Layout to align expectations, and a Questionnaire & Style Guide Meeting to capture your vision, preferences, and functional needs. Next, we bring ideas to life. This stage may include Showroom Visits for hands-on evaluations like sit tests, along with Pricing, Ordering Samples, and Sourcing to ensure selections fit your style and budget.

Here, we refine every detail. The client will have a Furnishings Selections Meeting, receive a comprehensive Design Manual, and see Custom Furniture Mockups if needed. We also handle curating Art, Bedding & Accessories, prepare a Housewares & Kitchenware Package, and manage Window Treatments—including measurements, fabrication coordination, and installation scheduling.

We manage the full installation process, from Window Coverings to Furniture and Art Placement. Our team manages every detail—from checking in each item to coordinating professional installers—and even makes the beds to ensure a seamless, move-in-ready finish. Punch list— Lastly, we address any outstanding items—such as replacements, add-ons, or delayed deliveries—so your space is complete down to the last detail.
